Refund Policy

We like to keep things simple when it comes to offering refunds or re-bookings...

As long as you give us 24 hours notice, we can offer you a full refund of your lesson fee. If you give us less than 24 hours notice, we can offer you alternative dates/ times for your session. We totally understand that plans change or things get in the way, so we want to be as accommodating as possible, but when it comes to offering freelance services, it's important that we are given plenty of notice when it comes to offering money back.

We want to make sure our services are accessible to everybody. We will always work with you to make sure you can afford your sessions with us, and please let us know if there are any difficulties to affording lessons, we can always work out a solution.
